Avid golfers, take part in the 2nd Annual ACFEF
Golf Tournament at Silverstone Golf Club. Four-person teams will begin in a shotgun format at
7 a.m. There will be a “grab-and-go” breakfast
at the course and an awards reception immediately
following the tournament. There is a $90 green
fee per golfer.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
We will again be teaching children and families
about healthy cooking and nutritious eating
in the 4th Annual Chefs Outreach to the
Community event. This year, we’ll volunteer
at Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas, Andre
Agassi Clubhouse. Don’t miss this opportunity
to volunteer your cooking skills by teaching
interactive healthy cooking demonstrations.
ICEBREAKER
Our first day wraps us with the Viva Las
Vegas! icebreaker reception, followed by the
Las Vegas Freemont Street Experience. Catch
up with old friends and colleagues and meet
new convention attendees. There will also
be a photo op at the infamous Las Vegas
welcome sign.
DEMOS, EDUCATION, TASTINGS
Demos, including Artistry in Chocolate, and
education sessions take place today and
throughout the convention. There are also
several tastings, with wine and cognac tonight,
and wine, scotch and cheese tastings tomorrow.
