ACF CULINARY TEAM USA 2012 will compete
and showcase American products, cuisine, and the talent of
American chefs, in the Internationale Kochkunst Auststellung
(IKA), also known as the “culinary Olympics,” in Erfurt,
Germany, Oct. 5-10, 2012. Every four years professional
teams from around the globe come together to compete
for gold, silver, and bronze medals in several categories in
this most elite culinary competition.
