FAMILY AFFAIR
Attendee spouses and children will have the
opportunity to visit nearby Kennedy Space
Center for an up-close and personal experience
of one of America’s greatest achievements—the
space program. Transportation will be provided,
and you will be back in plenty of time to make
the AAC Dinner.
WORK HARD
Several seminars and demos, part two of
General Session, and day two of the Trade
Show highlight this day. Student Teams will
showcase their hot-food skills, and regional
Student Chef of the Year winners vie for the
national title.
ACF recognizes its best and brightest during
the President’s Grand Ball. Enjoy an excellent

with the Knowledge Bowl and Student Team
national championships, and celebrate with

American Academy of Chefs as they welcome
new inductees and award honorees. Enjoy
