fifth annual National
Foodservice Beef
Backer Awards, a
national awards program
designed to honor independent restaurants
and chains that creatively promote and
menu beef. Foodservice operators can enter
to win in one of three categories: chain
operator, independent operator or innovator
of the year. A panel of foodservice industry
professionals will select winners, which will
be presented at the 2012 Cattle Industry
Annual Convention and NCBA Tradeshow in
Nashville, Tenn. Deadline to enter is October
