Introducing ACF Culinary
Regional Team USA
ACF Culinary Team USA manager Steve Jilleba, CMC, CCE, AAC, is pleased to announce
members of ACF Culinary Regional Team USA 2012: Brian Campbell, CEC, CCE; Shawn
Culp, CEC; Adam Heath, CSC; John Reed, CEC, CCA; and Orlando Santos, CEPC.
Campbell is an associate instructor at Johnson & Wales
University, Charlotte, N.C., and a member of ACF Inc. Charlotte
Culp is executive chef at Technique Restaurant, Le
Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts, Pittsburgh, and a
member of ACF Pittsburgh Chapter.
Heath is executive sous chef at River Oaks Country Club,
Houston, and an ACF national member.
Reed is owner of Customized Culinary Solutions,
Skokie, Ill., and a member of ACF Windy City Professional
Santos is executive pastry chef at The Duquesne Club,
Pittsburgh, and a member of ACF Pittsburgh Chapter.
The regional team provides a foundation for the next national
team, and gives team members exposure to competition in
the international arena. ACF Culinary National Team USA
and ACF Culinary Regional Team USA will train together,
brainstorming and improving on dishes and cooking
techniques. The teams will compete at the 2012 Internationale
Kochkunst Ausstellung (IKA) in Erfurt, Germany.
The ACF Culinary Team USA umbrella traditionally
encompasses a national team, a regional team, a military
team and a youth team.

complete the painting during the 2011 ACF
