industry. The award, which was presented
at the Chefs Collaborative Sustainability
Awards Dinner Oct. 4 in Boston, recognizes
leaders who are catalysts for change in the
food industry beyond the kitchen. Koetke is
a member of ACF Windy City Professional
Culinarians Inc.
