The President’s Grand Ball, Thursday, Aug. 5, is the place to be for announcements of national winners for Baron H. Galand Culinary Knowledge Bowl, Student Team National Championship and Freedom Chef Challenge. Student Chef, Chef Educator, Pastry Chef and Chef of the Year national winners will be named.

Stafford DeCambra, CEC, CCE, CCA, AAC, shares his insight and artistry on International Competition Preparation and Execution on the trade-show floor’s Main Stage. And Mike Roman, founder/president of Catersource, Demystifies Catering Pricing Strategies.
