Culinary Life Achievement Award and
Culinary Literature Award for Tasting

Inc., 2010), and Thomas Macrina,
CEC, CCA, HGT, AAC, executive chef
at Desmond Great Valley Hotel and
Conference Center, Malvern, Pa., a member
of ACF Philadelphia Chapter, will receive
the Chef Educator/Executive Chef award.
