Alfonso Contrisciani, CMC, AAC, is executive chef at New Albany Country Club & Spa and East Golf Club in New
Albany, Ohio. He has garnered more than 75 national and international awards in culinary competition, and competed
as a member of ACF Culinary Team USA in 1992, 1996 and 2000. In 2000, he captained the team that won the world
championship in cold food at the Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (IKA) in Erfurt, Germany. He was named
Restaurateur of the Year by The International Food & Beverage Forum in 2004. He is a member of ACF Columbus
Chapter, the World Master Chefs Society and The International Food & Beverage Forum.
AMERICAN ACADEMY OF CHEFS DINNER
David Wolf, CEC, AAC, executive chef at the Hyatt on Capitol Square, Columbus, Ohio, will prepare
the 2011 Northeast Regional Conference AAC reception and dinner Tuesday, March 22, at the hotel.
The dinner is open to all ACF members and their guests; tickets are $125 per person. Contact the
