ACF national member, was named co-grand-prize winner in the student artisan category
of California Raisin Marketing Board’s
America’s Best Raisin Bread Contest, Oct.
22, 2010. Davidson prepared her formula at
the American Institute of Baking, Manhattan,
Kan., Oct. 14-16. Ray McCue, CEC, chef-instructor at Johnson & Wales University,
Providence, R.I., a member of ACF Rhode
Island Chapter, took home the idea prize
in the professional artisan category. Klaus

program director and assistant professor at
